In the following license the software this license applies to is referred to as "Software", all participants and/or organisation responsible for the creation of this software are referred to as "Creator" and this license (Dark Forge Partner License) is referred to as "License".

Creator's Obligations

The Creator of this Software is hereby required to comply with the following items in order to retain it:

  1. The Creator must request an overview of their Software by the Dark Forge team to ensure the Software's quality and subsequent requirements.

  2. This Software must be presented and marketed honestly and transparently. All relevant information about the Software must be presented sensibly and plainly to the User. Hiding important information or exaggerating the Software's capabilities is strictly prohibited.

  3. In the making of this Software, discrimination based on sex, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, age, pregnancy, religious belief, etc. is strictly forbidden and shall not influence how much an individual is payed for making this Software.

  4. All individuals involved in the making of this Software must be payed the agreed amount or percentage of the profit. Payment as a percentage of the profit must be at minimum 1% and at most 2 times larger than the individual's with the smallest share.

  5. The Software must be completed and the finished version released publicly.

If any requirements above aren't fulfilled the License is null. If any violations are noticed by Users, they can be reported to Dark Forge via the following link: https://okamicrafts.net/contact-us/.

Creator's Privileges

The Creator has the right to distribute this software under the Dark Forge organisation.

If the Creator decides to distribute the Software under Dark Forge the Creator is entitled to all profits (after any mandatory cut demanded by a hosting service) gained from this Software.

Sharing and Adaptations

Appropriate credit to the Creator must be given in any alteration of this Software. Provide a link to the original Software and this License, call out the original Creator by name (be that personal name, username or organisation's name) and indicate what changes were made to the original Software.

You may not use this material for commercial purposes.

If you modify, build upon, or change this Software in any manner, you are obligated to distribute your derivatives under the Dark Forge Partner License or Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License by Creative Commons if you are unable to qualify your software for the Dark Forge Partner License.
